AIC’s Mechanical Services team delivers the services of Maintenance and Repair required to maintain an efficiently operating heavy industrial facility addressing the service requirements. Services available range from grass roots construction and minor repairs to the performance of managed turnkey outages.
Turbine Services
AIC’s Turbine Services team supports OEM’s; service providers; and Owners delivering the Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Staffing services required to established and maintain an efficiently operating, heavy industrial facility that addresses the specialized service demands of Industrial Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Aeroderivative Gas Turbines and other Rotating Equipment. Services available range from inspections and minor repairs to the performance of major outages on industrial plant equipment.
AIC’s maintenance services include full time attention to the turbines, coal handling equipment, piping, rotating equipment and BOP equipment.
Piping
AIC will fabricate and install process, pressure and chemical piping. We provide sanitary piping for the food service industry. All of our welders are certified under ASME requirements.
Structural Steel
We provide erection and retrofitting of new and existing structural steel.
Concrete Foundations
We specialize in Tank and Equipment Foundations for Industrial Equipment.
Tank Repair
Tank Shell repair, new bottoms, nozzle installation and weld repairs.
